Insurance Options

• Payment is expected when services are rendered.
• Your co-payment, co-insurance and/or deductible is to be paid on the day of your visit.
• Payment arrangements are made for obstetric patients only.
• You will be required to pay a deposit on your care, when applicable.

Should you receive a bill that you need explained, please contact our billing department at 407-886-8164 or toll free at 877-422-7462. 

Our office will bill your insurance as a courtesy for all participating insurance plans.  Ultimately you are responsible for payment of services.  If your insurance company does not pay in a timely manner, than you will be responsible for the charges incurred.
